Mobiframe Lightweight 6-Rail Composite Floor System for Ford Transit Custom — Fitting Kit Included
Mobiframe produces the lightest composite floor system available on the market, specifically designed for the Ford Transit Custom. Featuring a high-performance sandwich structure with a foam core, this floor offers excellent insulation, reduced weight, and superior durability—perfect for both campervan and commercial vehicle conversions.
Each floor is CNC-cut to precisely fit your vehicle’s layout and comes pre-bonded with high-quality PVC flooring, available in a variety of finishes to match your design needs.
This version includes six integrated rails, designed to accommodate a wide range of accessories such as beds, tables, swivel chairs, brackets, and more. The floor is fully glued into place, with bolts added only at the ends of the rails for enhanced structural stability and safety.
Fitting kit included — All necessary installation materials are provided, including glue and bolts, making this system suitable for both DIY and professional fitting.
