Mercedes Vito / Viano Mobiframe 2-Rail Composite Floor System — Fitting Kit Included
Mobiframe presents the lightest composite floor system available on the market, custom-designed for the Mercedes Vito and Viano. Built using a high-strength foam core and sandwich structure, this floor offers excellent insulation, low weight, and durability, making it ideal for camper conversions and commercial use.
Each floor is CNC-cut to fit your vehicle perfectly and comes pre-finished with high-quality PVC flooring, available in a wide selection of finishes to complement your build.
This version includes two integrated rails, perfect for fitting beds, tables, brackets, and a range of modular accessories. The floor is fully bonded (glued) into the van, with bolts added at the ends of the rails for added strength and stability.
Fitting kit included — Supplied with both glue and bolts, suitable for DIY or professional installation.
