Mobiframe Lightweight 4-Rail Composite Floor System for Mercedes Vito / Viano — Fitting Kit Included
Mobiframe offers the lightest composite floor system on the market, purpose-built for the Mercedes Vito and Viano. With a sandwich structure and a high-strength foam core, this floor provides excellent insulation, superior durability, and minimal weight—perfect for camper conversions or commercial builds.
Each floor is precision CNC-cut to fit your vehicle exactly and comes pre-finished with high-quality PVC flooring, available in a wide range of finishes to match your style or application.
This version includes four integrated rails, offering flexible mounting options for beds, tables, brackets, and various other modular accessories. The system is fully bonded (glued) to the van floor, with bolts used only at the ends of the rails for added strength and safety.
Fitting kit included — Supplied with everything you need for installation, including glue and bolts, making it ideal for both DIY and professional fitting.
