Mobiframe Lightweight 6-Rail Composite Floor System for Renault Trafic & Vauxhall Vivaro (Up to 2017) — Fitting Kit Included
Mobiframe delivers the lightest composite floor system available on the market, engineered for the Renault Trafic and fully compatible with Vauxhall Vivaro models up to 2017, which share the same chassis. Constructed with an advanced sandwich structure and a high-strength foam core, this floor provides excellent insulation, minimal weight, and superior durability—ideal for both campervan and commercial vehicle conversions.
Each floor is CNC-cut to perfectly fit the contours of your vehicle and comes pre-finished with high-quality PVC flooring. A wide range of finishes is available to match your interior style.
This version features six integrated rails, offering maximum flexibility for securely installing beds, tables, seat brackets, and a variety of modular van accessories. The floor is fully glued in place, with bolts added at the ends of each rail to ensure added strength and safety.
Fitting kit included — Supplied with all necessary installation materials, including glue and bolts. Suitable for both DIY projects and professional installations.
