Upgrade your VW Crafter Mk1 (2006–2017) or Mercedes Sprinter W906 (2006–2018) with Mobiframe’s lightweight 4‑rail composite floor system, engineered for precision fitment and maximum versatility in campervan or commercial van conversions.
Manufactured using a high‑strength sandwich construction with a foam core, this floor delivers excellent thermal insulation, outstanding durability, and minimal weight – making it perfect for high‑quality, long‑lasting conversions.
Each floor is CNC‑cut to the exact contours of your Crafter or Sprinter and supplied pre‑laminated with premium PVC flooring, available in a variety of finishes to complement your build.
The four integrated aluminium rails provide flexible installation options for seats, beds, tables, brackets, and a wide range of camper or workspace accessories. Designed for bonded installation (glued into place) with bolts only at the rail ends for enhanced strength and safety.
Fitting kit included – supplied with adhesive and bolts for easy installation, suitable for both DIY installers and professional converters.
