Mobiframe presents the lightest composite floor system available on the market, purpose-built for the Vauxhall Vivaro (2019+), Peugeot Expert, Citroën Dispatch, and Toyota Proace. Constructed with a durable sandwich structure featuring a high-performance foam core, this floor delivers exceptional insulation, reduced overall weight, and reliable long-term performance—ideal for camper and conversion projects.
Each floor is CNC-cut to perfectly match the dimensions of your vehicle and comes pre-bonded with high-quality PVC flooring, available in a variety of finishes to complement your build.
This version includes two integrated rails, suitable for fitting beds, brackets, and other essential camper or modular accessories. The floor is fully glued in place, with bolts used only at the ends of the rails for added structural security.
Fitting kit included — Supplied with everything required for installation, including glue and bolts, making it ideal for both DIY and professional fitting.
